Logan Moore

CEO / Co-Founder

2 years at Leviathan

At 23 years old, Logan Moore is the CEO and Co-Founder of Leviathan Laboratories, as well as a multidisciplinary engineer, researcher, and technical entrepreneur specializing in robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, UAVs, and advanced research and development. He holds a Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering and has developed experience across mechanical engineering, controls, software, robotics, automation, and experimental product development. Logan's academic and research career has been distinguished by a strong record of research and technical achievement. He is the author of one published journal article and 11 conference publications, with his graduate research culminating in a successfully defended master's thesis. His master's research focused on reinforcement learning across multiple robotic embodiments, investigating how intelligent control approaches can be developed to operate robustly across different robotic platforms rather than being limited to a single system. Throughout his academic career, Logan has received numerous research and technical awards from multiple institutions and organizations. In 2025, he was named Undergraduate Researcher of the Year for the entire New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, in addition to receiving research and technical awards from organizations including NASA and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Alongside his academic and research work, Logan founded and grew Leviathan Laboratories into a profitable engineering and R&D company. He successfully maintained and developed the company's revenue stream while simultaneously completing a full master's degree, leading technical projects, managing the company, and continuing his research throughout the process. Logan recently completed his graduate degree and is now focused full-time on Leviathan Laboratories, where he leads the company's technical direction across robotics, UAVs, artificial intelligence, software and automation, mechanical design, prototyping, research and development, and emerging technology. His goal through Leviathan Laboratories is straightforward: to solve real-world problems that go beyond the creation of more meaningless technology, while building a company that gives creative minds the freedom and resources to develop their own technologies for real-world problems.
